2024 Youth Restorative Action Scholarship
We’re pleased to announce our 2024 Youth Restorative Action Scholarship!
If you’re a 2023 or 2024 graduate in qathet and have been involved in Youth Restorative Action during your high school career, you’re eligible to apply. We will be awarding one to three youth scholarships ranging from $250-$1000, depending on submissions.
Scholarship Criteria
To be eligible for the Youth Restorative Action Program Scholarship, you must:
- Be a 2023 or a 2024 secondary school graduate.
- Have been involved in Youth Restorative Action through their high school career (ie: being trained as a Circle facilitator, participating in YRA initiatives & events, or promoting Restorative values in other ways).
- Be planning to apply what you learned in Restorative Action after graduation.
How to apply:
- Fill out the form on the next page. Questions can be answered on the form or can be attached.
- Submit a personal essay (250-300 words), responding to one prompt as outlined on application form.
- Submit a letter of recommendation (250 – 500 words) from an adult from your school.
