Privacy

qathet Community Justice collects personal information to deliver quality programs and services. Personal information is protected in accordance with BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA) and qCJ’s Privacy and Confidentiality Policy. Concerns & Complaints

We believe accountability, consent, and care are essential to restorative practice. This form is for submitting a complaint about a qCJ program, process, staff member, volunteer, or organizational practice. While qCJ encourages ongoing feedback and evaluation throughout restorative processes, this form exists for situations where harm, concern, or dissatisfaction requires formal acknowledgment and response.
